Once you enquire with us, one of our friendly property consultants will get in touch to organise a call. They’ll chat through your goals and what you’d like to achieve with us.

Meet your Local Host

You’ll then meet your Local Host, an expert who understands your area’s market, guest expectations, and unique property features. They’ll arrange a time to inspect your property. During this stage, they can provide recommendations on how to increase the nightly rate of your property and make it more attractive to guests.

Get an in-depth Earnings Estimate

Our experienced team of pricing specialists then craft a highly accurate Earnings Estimate based on your Local Host's assessment, along with your market's local insights and against other similar listings.

We’ll send the contract your way

If you like what you see, your property consultant will then send you a contract to begin services with us.
