Khally was very responsive, positive, and helpful. I was staying in Melbourne during a very difficult time and Khally did everything she could to be supportive and make our stay as seamless as possible. The apartment is very cozy and the balcony is an excellent feature. It is also nice to have the sliding door as it makes air flow into the apartment much better.
