Hi I'm your Local Host Glenn
I'm Glenn, and I manage Mornington Peninsula properties with Hometime. The Peninsula is our backyard, we love the beaches, the produce markets and the kind of easy pace that makes this part of Victoria so easy to come back to. I'm on the ground and easy to reach if you need anything during your stay.

My services
I manage Mornington Peninsula properties for Hometime, supported by a small, tight-knit team of cleaners, several of whom are family, who take as much pride in the homes as we do.
Professional cleaning
Professional cleaning teams are coordinated between every stay, so your home is spotless and ready for the next guest. Clean homes get five-star reviews; it's that simple.
Proactive property care
Trusted local tradespeople keep your property in great shape, with small issues caught before they turn into big ones.
Frequent updates
You'll always know what's happening at your property, without having to chase up to get things done. If something needs your attention, you'll hear about it directly.
Timely guest communication
Guests are looked after from the moment they book through to check-out. Communication scores sit 10% above Airbnb's benchmark on average, so you can trust they're in good hands.
My local picks
A few of my favourite spots near the properties.

Red Gum BBQ
Red Gum BBQ in Red Hill serves authentic Southern-style barbecue, slow-cooked over native Australian hardwoods, paired with local wines and craft beers.

Soak, ride and rise: a day on the Mornington Peninsula
Alba has 31 geothermal pools, spa treatments and dining from chef Karen Martini at the on-site Thyme restaurant — it's the kind of place you'll want to spend a full day. At the very tip of the Peninsula, Point Nepean National Park is best explored by bike, with old forts and bunkers along the route and great views at the end. From the bay, a short gondola ride takes you up to the summit of Arthur's Seat — go on a clear day if you can.

Pt. Leo Estate Restaurant
One of the Peninsula's standout dining destinations, Pt. Leo Estate is home to Laura, a two Chef's Hat restaurant and one of only three Australian members of Relais & Châteaux. The sculpture park and vineyard setting make it worth the visit on its own.
